Santorini is our sexiest and most versatile one piece.  With an open-back design and flirty wraparound tie straps, this suit allows you to show off your bod while keeping everything perfectly in place. The bottom half is a high waisted fit with a high-leg cut and cheeky coverage. WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from jmpthelabel.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 21 days of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or washed. Soiled garments may include visible signs of bodily fluids, deodorant marks, or makeup stains. Determining if an item is considered soiled is at JMP's discretion. If deemed soiled, the item will not be eligible for a return or store credit, and will be properly disposed of. Please try on all swimwear over underwear and with the hygienic liner attached

Items available for return must be shipped out by the 21st day after purchase. You will have 21 days after purchase to exchange for another item or store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment minus the cost of the return shipping.

Please note all items marked final sale or discounted 30% or more are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  We do not offer store credit for sale items. 

Gift card purchases and jewelry are non-refundable.

 

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Once authorized, you'll receive a shipping label via email.  Shipping costs and a $4.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us.  Once your items are inspected, you can expect a refund notification in your email within 5-10 business days.  All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment.

HOW DO I START AN EXCHANGE?

To create an exchange please click HERE. All exchange orders will be processed immediately and require a credit card on file. If the returned items are not received back in 21 days, the card on file will be charged for the value of the new exchange items that were shipped.

HOW DO I TRACK MY RETURN?

US customers can use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to trace your package back to us.  If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number provided on that label to trace your package.

 

WHAT IF I LOSE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE THE ORDER CAME IN?

No problem!  If the tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the prepaid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

You can expect to get a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and a $4.95 restocking fee, to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery.  Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

 

IF I PURCHASED ITEMS AT A RETAIL STORE, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITH YOU?

If the purchase was made at a retail store, the return or exchange will need to be handled directly with the place it was originally purchased.  Their specific return policy may be different than ours.

 

CAN I RETURN FINAL SALE ITEMS?

All items marked Final Sale or discounted 30% or more are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact us at support@jmpthelabel.com  or review our size chart before placing your order.  We want to ensure that you love our products, however, no exceptions can be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues on final sale items.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

All unworn items that were purchased at full price or with a discount of under 30% and are in new condition with tags and liners attached can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. 

 

WHAT IS A MODIFIED RETURN POLICY?

If you return more than $1,000.00 in a 12-month period you may be subject to a modified return policy.  We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

In the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged, please contact  support@jmpthelabel.com immediately with photos of the damages.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

If your package is lost during transit, and you purchased our Shipping Insurance, please file a claim through the "Report a Claim" link at the bottom of our webpage. A signature will be required for deliveries of orders over $500 USD, and JMP The Label, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once an order leaves our warehouse. All lost packages require a claim to be filed with the courier, and high-value packages may require a police report in order for a refund or replacement to be provided by JMP The Label, LLC. All refunds must be given back to the original form of payment. 

 

HOW TO DO I APPLY FOR A REFUND OF DUTIES PAID?

General Tips:

  • Keep all receipts, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.

  • Mark the return clearly as a return to the original seller.

  • Use a tracked shipping method and keep proof of export.

  • Contact your local customs agency or broker for specific guidance.

United States

  • Process: You can file a duty drawback claim through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

  • Requirements:

    • You must export the returned merchandise within 3 years of the original import.

    • The goods must not have been used in the U.S. (beyond what’s necessary to inspect them).

    • Documentation (like proof of import, export, and original duties paid) is required.

  • Form: CBP Form 7551 is used for duty drawback.

Canada

  • Process: You can apply for a duties refund through the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

  • Requirements:

    • Use Form B2G (Informal Adjustment Request) if the value is low, or B2 (Canada Customs Adjustment Request) for standard claims.

    • Must return goods within 4 years from the date of accounting.

    • Proof of return/export and original duty payment is needed.

United Kingdom

  • Process: You can claim a repayment or remission of import duties via HMRC.

  • Requirements:

    • File the claim within 3 years of the import.

    • Goods must be returned to the seller or destroyed under customs supervision.

    • Use form C285 and provide evidence.

European Union

  • Process: Similar to the UK, you can request a repayment or remission of import duties.

  • Requirements:

    • File within 1 year (in most cases).

    • Goods must not be used and must be exported or destroyed.

    • Provide import and export documentation.

FAQ

After wearing your JMP crochet bikini, handwash in cold water using mild soap or specialty swimwear detergent. Gently press water out, do not wring out, lay flat to dry avoiding direct sunlight. Tuck any small crochet ends inside the knit and to not cut or pull on them as that can undo the full knit. Avoid pulling the knit with nails, sharp objects, rocks, and other high friction surfaces.

Our Signature Stretch Crochet is hand-made in Bali, Indonesia by a team of local artisans. Differentiating from other crochet swimwear, JMP crochet is made with our ulta soft swimwear fabric, made for the water and will always keep its shape. Please handle with care, as each crochet piece is made with a little extra love!

Please contact customer service at support@jmpthelabel.com immediately upon receiving your package and provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item. A lovely JMP customer service team member will get back to you within 3 business days. We will do everything in our power to make sure our JMP customers are taken care of!

You may sign up for our restock notifications on the product detail page. Once signed up for the notifications, you will receive an email or SMS message when that item becomes in stock. Some restock dates are noted on page if we can confirm a delivery month. If the product does not have an option to sign up for restock notifications, we will not be restocking that item.

If your order has not yet shipped, please email customer service at support@jmpthelabel.com for any order changes or cancellations. If you have already recieved a shipping confirmation email, please wait to recieve your package and process an exchange or return.

Items marked with 'FINAL SALE' are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are not eligable for exchanges. We understand this can be frustrating, however please know all final sale items are priced unusually low and often below cost. For this reason, our policy for all final sale items will be enforced.
