All orders using cyber week discounts during Nov 22, 2021 through Nov 29, 2021 are only eligible for store credit returns.
Please allow additional time for processing and orders made during our Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sales. All orders placed from Thursday, November 25th thru Sunday, November 28th, will not be processed until Monday, November 29th in order for our team to spend time with their families.

Free domestic shipping on all orders over $125. Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow more time on launch days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-8 business days for delivery. International shipping times vary by location. All unworn items may be returned risk-free within 14 days of delivery.
Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Ordered placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. Please allow for more time on our launch days. Once your order has processed, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that transit times are measured after the order has been processed and delivery dates are based on average transit times.
All international orders will ship when all products within the order are ready.
International packages may be subject to duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/ duties fees associated with your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead your directly to the package tracker. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.

Returns and exchanges
We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from jmpthelabel.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Jewelry and sale items greater than 15% are non-refundable.

Items available for return must be shipped out by the 14th day after arrival. You will have 14 days after purchase to exchange.
Please note all items marked final sale or discounted 15% or more are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment minus the cost of the return shipping.
Gift card purchases and jewelry are non-refundable.
For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
To create a return please send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Once authorized, you'll receive a shipping label via email. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.
US customers can use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to trace your package back to us. If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number provided on that label to trace your package.
No problem! If the tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the prepaid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.

Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.
You can expect to get a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping, to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
If the purchase was made at a retail store, the return or exchange will need to be handled directly with the place it was originally purchased. Their specific return policy may be different than ours.
All items marked Final Sale or discounted 15% or more are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact us at email@example.com or review our size chart before placing your order. We want to ensure that you love our products, however no exceptions can be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues on final sale items.
All unworn items that were purchased at full price or with a discount of under 15% and are in new condition with tags and liners attached can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
If you return more than $1,000.00 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.
