Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping (5-10 business days*) – Free on US orders $75+
  • Standard (5-10 business days*) – $8 for packages under 5lb
  • 2-Day & 3-Day Express (options available) – carrier rate calculated at checkout
  • Overnight (option available) – carrier rate calculated at checkout; please note all overnight orders submitted after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • International – Free on orders $250+
    *These day ranges are an estimate to when your order should arrive after it ships. Shipping facility is located in California. Not all shipping options are available always, and are based on your shipping address.

 

When will my order ship?

Our shipping and customer service departments are open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed.  Please allow for more time on our launch days and sale weekends. Once your order has processed, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that transit times are measured after the order has been processed and delivery dates are based on average transit times.

All international orders will ship when all products within the order are ready.

Are taxes and duties included in my international order? 

International packages may be subject to duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/ duties fees associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by the local customs authorities. Additional information can be found on your local customs website or visit https://www.simplyduty.com/#calc. Canadian customers can use this website to estimate duty and taxes.

Delivery fees can be calculated prior to checkout on our website.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead your directly to the package tracker.  If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.  If you still need help, please email support@jmpthelabel.com

If your order has more than 8 items, we will require a signature upon delivery. 

What happens if my package is lost?

Please email support@jmpthelabel.com with your name and order number and we will assist you.
